The Department of Administration consists of 11 divisions that give internal support to State of Nevada agencies and employees, provide business opportunities for vendors and contractors, and offer services for citizens. Administrative Services Division

Provides fiscal and administrative support to the Department of Administration divisions, as well as a variety of other state agencies, offices, boards and commissions. Services include internal service rate setting; financial reporting; budgeting; accounts payable; accounts receivable / revenue collection; timesheet and payroll; contract administration; purchase order administration; and management analysis.
Offers safe, efficient, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective transportation solutions to state employees.

Provides exceptional human resource services for the State of Nevada.
Mail Services provides essential state mail services to participating state and local government agencies in the Carson City, Reno, and Las Vegas areas. Services include pickup, processing, and delivery of outgoing mail, and overnight and interoffice mail, which includes overnight interoffice mail service between Carson City and Las Vegas. The United States Postal Service processes and delivers all in-bound mail to the individual agencies on a daily basis. Other services provided in the Carson City and Reno areas include: folding, inserting, addressing, and bulk mailing.
Nevada Deferred Compensation
The Nevada Deferred Compensation Program (NDC) is a voluntary retirement savings program for employees of the State of Nevada and other local government employers.
Obtains supplies, equipment and services at the best value and gives all vendors equal opportunity to do business with the state.
Risk Management Division
