The Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) is the codified administrative regulations of the Executive Branch of the State of Nevada. NAC listed in this section govern the activities of the Department of Administration and its divisions.
The State Administrative Manual (SAM) is an official publication of the Department of Administration and is issued under authority of the Governor and the Board of Examiners. The Governor instructs all State executive agencies to comply with the provisions of this manual to promote economy and efficiency in the government of the State of Nevada.
The purpose of the Policy Directive is to communicate information about policies, procedures and processes relating to matters overseen by the Department of Administration and its divisions.
