Legislative Requirements for the Department of Administration
The Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) are the current codified laws of the State of Nevada. Administrative Services Division
The Administrative Services Division is governed by NRS Chapter 232, Sections

The Director of the Administrative Services Division is responsible for preparing a statewide cost allocation plan as detailed in NRS Chapter 353, Section
331.
Enterprise IT Services
NRS Chapter 242 establishes the authority of Enterprise Information Technology Services and presents the provisions that govern the scope, duties and responsibilities of the division and the Chief Information Officer.
Hearings and Appeals
These statutes govern Workers Compensation issues in Nevada.
The activities of the Hearings Division are governed by NRS Chapter 616C, sections

Division of Human Resource Management
NRS Chapter 284 establishes the authority of the Division of Human Resource Management and presents the provisions that govern the scope, duties and responsibilities of the division and the Administrator.
Fleet Services Division
NRS Chapter 336 establishes the authority of the Motor Pool Division and presents the provisions that govern the scope, duties and responsibilities of the division and the Administrator.
Purchasing Division
NRS Chapter 333 establishes the authority of the Purchasing Division and presents the provisions that govern the scope, duties and responsibilities of the division and the Administrator.
Research, Planning and Grants Management
