Leadership Changes

Hello Nevada State Employees,

There have been several recent key leadership changes within the Department of Administration I want to bring to your attention.

I am proud to announce Lee-Ann Easton has been selected as the new Deputy Director for the Department. Lee-Ann brings strong and solid skills to this top leadership position in budgeting, project management, and human resources. She is a hard worker and will serve a critical role in the Director’s Office to ensure steady improvements in customer service and process efficiencies throughout the Department.

Prior to her appointment as Deputy Director, Lee-Ann served within D of A as the Administrator of the Division of Human Resource Management (DHRM), and has nearly 27 years of state experience. The current DHRM Deputy Administrator, Peter Long, will serve as interim DHRM Administrator until a permanent Administrator is appointed.

In other D of A leadership updates, Connie Lucido has been appointed as the new Chief of the Office of Grant Procurement, Coordination and Management. The previous Chief, Sheila Lambert, has relocated to southern Nevada.

Enterprise IT Services has two new leadership positions to announce. Alan Rogers, previous EITS Chief IT Manager, is the new EITS Deputy Administrator; and, the Chief Information Security Officer position is now held by Brian Wilcox, previous Information Security Officer for the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles.

While the selection process for a new State Library, Archives and Public Records Division Administrator is underway, Jeff Kintop, State Archivist, serves as interim Administrator.
